The much touted Trade Fair or Theft Fair to be more precise kicked off in the City of Kings and Queens (not the fraud Buelani) and the glamor was found more in the flashy cars of the ZANU-PF officials present and their larger than life characters dominating the second Capital City. The features, the theme, the confusion, the chaos went up a notch and all you could was sit and marvel at the handiwork of ZANU-PF in redefining the economics of this beautiful rich nation.
First and foremost the Theft Fair is a chance for companies, Industries, Innovators, Scientists to showcase their products, innovations, discoveries and products, to present cutting edge technology to the world but the greatest and most advanced Institution with the best products for the past four decades is ZANU-PF the political party which had the best stand. The victory of ZANU-PF is owed to the fact that the party essentially owns the means of whatever little production is left, all the important tenders come through ZANU-PF and it is Safe to say that ZANU-PF is the richest Institution in Zimbabwe and Africa,case in point is the fact that His Excellency Trabablas Chivende directed his biggest runner and new ZANU-PF Central Committee member Cadre Kudakwashe Tagwirei to buy land in Uganda and build shelter for homeless Ugandan children in a classic show of Ubuntu and with regards to Zimbabwe’s own homeless children they have to wait.
The biggest, fattest businessman (Chigananda) Sir Wicknell Chivhayo might not have had products, innovation, discoveries to display but he showed that amongst all the established companies he was the richest by buying two cars for the ZITF CEO’s valued at four hundred thousand USD, he has shown that even when one has no actual business to show he can still be a businessman. The only thing lacking was a Corruption stand. ZBC once again was awarded the best TV station in the country for four decades running, as the only Television Station ZBC more than deserves to be given the accolade as it has driven the agenda and propaganda narratives of ZANU-PF to the last marrow. ZBC along with other state media have stood the test of time and been the last line of defense against colonial mischief and opposition domination.
The invitation of “El Chapo” the butcher of Mozambique seems to be the icing on the cake as game recognizes game.
